ScreenProp VFX – Mobile App Privacy Addendum

This section applies specifically to the ScreenProp VFX mobile application ("the App") provided by Baffe Films.

1. No Collection of Personal Data

ScreenProp VFX is designed as a localized filmmaking utility. We do not require a user account, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, contact details, or device-specific identifiers (such as IMEI or advertising IDs) from the App.

2. Permissions and Data Usage

The App requires certain device permissions to function as a visual prop. These permissions are used as follows:

  • Photo Library Access (User-Selected): The App allows users to customize the "Blank State" template by importing their own photos or videos from the device gallery. This media is used strictly for local display within the App to serve as a visual prop. We do not upload, scan, or store your photos or videos on our servers. All processing and "stitching" of media occur locally on your device.

  • No Camera or ARKit Usage: Unlike many VFX tools, ScreenProp VFX does not access your device’s camera or use ARKit for spatial tracking. All tracking markers and chroma key backgrounds are generated digitally within the App environment.

3. App Features and Local Processing

All core features of the App—including Chroma Key backgrounds, tracking marker simulations, "fake" social media/VOD templates, and action button simulations—are processed entirely on-device. No data regarding the custom text or configurations you input into these templates is transmitted to Baffe Films or any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

ScreenProp VFX does not contain third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertisements. Your usage of the app remains private and anonymous.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because the App does not collect any data, it is compliant with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar global regulations.
